Educ8 will be delivering a full curriculum to all learners which will be a total of 4 qualifications upon completion of the course. Learners will need to attend two days a week in order to obtain the qualifications.
This course is designed to build awareness of the skills required to work in the sector. Learners will take part in sport and adventure activities. They will learn about:

How to plan
Recording results
Reviewing their own fitness programme
They will learn how to make and carry out security checks and the rules and regulations around this. The course will help to build confidence and allow learners to use their core values.

- A chosen vocation (Sport)
- Topic learning (Black History Month, Holocaust, Faith and Religion, British Government and Politics, Protective Characteristics and one local topic)

Placements are accepted pending a successful interview.
Staff Experience
Staff have live experience within the vocational qualifications on offer. All staff are either level 5 qualified, or working towards level 5. Staff are first aid trained and have up to date DBS.

All learners will need to attend one vocational day from Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
In addition to this one core day will also need to be selected from Tuesday or Thursday.
